Terrific 1914 edition of, "The Story of Crisco" by Marion Harris Neil. Published by Proctor and Gamble, this book indicates "615 tested recipes and a calendar of dinners."
The book has 231 pages filled with a huge recipe index including lots of wisdom and insights along the way!
The recipe index includes: appetizers, breads, cakes, cheese dishes, doughnuts, meats, pies, puddings and lots more.
The book has black and white illustrations throughout.
In good antique condition for its age. Cover shows some wear, pages are yellowed and there are a few minor tatters to pages. Binding is well intact.
