Very unique wicker bird basket! A conversation piece to add just the perfect detail to your home.
This basket is wicker with a handle. It has a curved olive green hand-painted bird with black and red accents. The feathers on the bird curve to the side of the handle and the tail stands out from the end of the basket. The underside of the basket has two wooden tracks that give it a bit of lift.
It measures 12.25" long end to end and 9.75" high. The handle is 5.75" high and the basket is 2.75" in depth.
It is in good vintage condition. There is a slight spot of hot glue on the basket handle near the bird's beak. It looks like someone tried to attach something and this could likely be clipped off, if desired.
